Description of Course:
(4 credits)
Prerequisite: MATH 1050 or equivalent, concurrent
w/ CHEM 1115.
Fundamentals
of inorganic chemistry. Atomic structure chemical
bonding, chemical reactions, solution chemistry,
stoichiometry, periodic table, thermochemistry,
kinetics, gasses, and kinetic molecular theory will be
covered.

All work must be submitted through email to rbooth@iechs.org before midnight of the due dates. Assignment #1 is due Sept. 22nd. Assignment #2 is due Nov. 17th.
Your work must be the work of college students. Your work is to
be submitted on time or points will be deducted according to the late
work policy. The two assignments are to be typed in a 12 point
Times, Times-Roman, or Times-New Roman font, and double-spaced.
Failure to meet these requirements will result in the loss of 11% of
the points per assignment. Hand-written assignments will not be
accepted and will be awarded a score of "0." Neatness and spelling do
count on assignments. Do yourself a favor and re-read this
section before submitting any work!
