1. ASPIRE Online Registration– All parents/guardians must register their student in Aspire and provide a copy of your student’s birth certificate and up-to-date immunizations or a waiver from the health department before we can schedule courses for your student. Proof of residency is not required.
  2. Health Form– Please fill out this survey regarding health issues, medication, and medical insurance.
  3. TRANSPORTATION 
    • UTA Trax/Bus pass- Every new student will receive a UTA pass the first day of school. Returning students should use their previous pass and it will be active by the first day of school. The UTA pass is part of our registration fee and every student and staff member is required to participate.
    • Parking Permit Vehicle Registration- limited to juniors and seniors only. Sophomores will not be allowed to park at Itineris for their entire sophomore year. Parking at Itineris is limited to 95 parking stalls for students. Purchasing a parking permit does not guarantee a parking spot. Priority parking permits will be provided to students that choose to rideshare. The expense for the pass can be shared among rideshare groups. The parking permit will be a hanging mirror tag so students can share the driving responsibility and expense with the others in their rideshare group. Each student will be responsible for filling out the application with accurate vehicle information for every vehicle the group intends to use.

  4. FEES can be paid online anytime now through registration day (August 14th for Sophomores, August 15th for juniors and seniors)  or on registration day by cash or check only.
    • Pay Online– 2017-18 Registration Fees; Itineris student ID required 947____ from Aspire. Credit card payment has 3% processing fee and electronic check payment has $0.49 cent processing fee. Cash or check on registration day has no fee.

    • August 14th- Sophomore Registration, anytime between 7:30-10:30 am
    • August 15th-Junior Registration, anytime between 7:30-9:30 am
    • August 15th-Senior Registration, anytime between 9:30-11:30 am
  8. ADDITIONAL FORMS & INFORMATION
    • School Fee Waiver– If you would like to apply for school fee waiver based on income or other circumstances, print the form, fill out the form and turn it into the principal. Forms will be available registration day if needed.
    • School Fee Waiver (Espanol)– Si  usted desea aplicar por exencion de cuotas escolares basado en sus ingresos u otras circunstancias, imprima el informe, rellene el informe y entreguelo al director/a.
    • Lifetouch Order Electronic Form for school pictures available mid-June.
    • Nutritional Services – free and reduced meal applications may be submitted online through Aspire beginning August 1st. Paper applications can be obtained from our kitchen manager and will be available on registration day.
