Picture & Pay Day


2025-2026 School Year

All students who have been confirmed and enrolled must come to picture and pay day! Students will be able to order school pictures, pay for fees, receive their Trax / bus pass, and apply for fee waivers if applicable.

Wednesday, August 20, 2025 anytime between 7:30am and 1:30pm.

Itineris Student ID required 947____ from Aspire. 

Credit card payment has 3% processing fee and electronic check payment has $0.49 processing fee. Cash or check on registration day has no fee

School Fee Waiver

If you would like to apply for a school fee waiver based on income or other circumstances, print the form, fill out the form and turn it into the principal. Forms will be available registration day if needed. You will need proof of income for one month.

Annual Parent Notices

Please review our annual notifications regarding your student's education and parental rights prior to beginning the school year. Reach out to 385-800-2140 or info@iechs.org with any questions.

Optional information to assist families in coordinating a carpool. Once you complete the survey, results will be shared with you to coordinate with families nearby.

Free and reduced meal applications may be submitted online through Aspire beginning August 1. 

Paper applications can be obtained from the front office and will be available on registration day. 

We will have computers set up and support if you’d like to apply on registration day or have questions.

Lunch Program

For Juniors and Seniors ONLY. Register your vehicle in order to receiving a parking permit. Permits will be distributing once your parking pass fee has been paid.

Your school picture will generate a student ID required for school. You are not obligated to purchase school pictures and the IDs are free. Please wear school appropriate outfits.
