IECHS provides a unique high school experience with a STEM focus.
Our expectations are high, and the results are real. We offer real-world challenges. Students learn what it means to be successful in Higher Education, while in the safe environment of high school.
We welcome students from almost 50 different feeder schools, representing five local school districts.
CTE course offerings in a variety of pathways, meeting most students interests, including Work-Based Learning and Internship opportunities.
Great high school teachers that build connections with students and have the ability to teach college courses on our campus.

Over 80% of IECHS Juniors, on average, score High School proficient on ACT—as opposed to the State average of 63%. On average, 59% of our students score 25+ on the ACT, and 55% of our students meet standards on all 4 benchmarks (compared to 33% for the state) .
